Everything you need to know about servicing, tyre replacement and breakdown recovery for your Backstage ADI Solutions vehicle.
As a hirer, there are a few things to keep on top of. Below is everything you need to know about servicing, tyres and what to do if you break down.
As the hirer, it is your responsibility to ensure your car is serviced at the required intervals.
In most cases please make your own booking with the manufacturer dealership and mention that the car has a service account. You do not have to pay for servicing.
Your vehicle can be serviced up to 1,000 miles before its interval, so we recommend booking for 1,000 miles early to account for unexpected delays.
If your vehicle's dashboard indicates that a service or oil change is due, please let us know and book your vehicle in with the manufacturer, regardless of intervals.
Service intervals:
If you are not able to book with a manufacturer service centre, you can also book with your nearest Kwik Fit using account number N5918U for servicing. Failing this, please contact us for other approved service garages.
When your tyres have worn down to 3mm or below (1.6mm being the legal limit) you can get them replaced at your nearest Kwik Fit, Halfords Autocentre or ATS Euromaster by informing them that your vehicle has a One Link account to cover tyres. Please contact us if an account number is required.
Only worn tyres below 3mm will be approved for replacement with a budget tyre only. Accidental tyre damage (including punctures) is not covered by us.
